"Jose’s agency was my first personal experience with State Farm and I’m so sad to say I’ve moved and have to transfer my coverage. From the beginning everyone on staff has been amazing, Charlie even remembered my name and details about me over a year after I first called and more recently I’ve spoken with Vivian and she is always so nice and very quick to help. Can’t tell you how many times I goofed my autopay because I had to change banks or cards and she was patient every time even though I know that was annoying! I’ve never had an issue getting in contact either by phone or email, if I did leave a message I was sure to be called that same day. I’ve never gotten off the phone with this office and been mad or annoyed, in fact I think the kindness you get from the staff here improves your day and you cannot beat a competent team. I’ve called confused and annoyed because insurance policies are written in a different language I swear and by the end of it Vivian had answered questions I didn’t even know I had and explained that issue so well I forgot I was annoyed about not understanding it in the first place! They also don’t try and push extra stuff like the drive safe and all, they’re very transparent about the fact that it could help but could make things more expensive and help you weigh what will be best. And you’ll never miss a discount with them! You’ve got a lot of choices for insurance, I used to be the person who jumped from provider to provider to get a better rate but the staff at this office have been so amazing that I have been with them for a few years now (also when I first switched I saved almost $200!) It makes a difference when the people you talk to are local for sure and the people working here are 100% the reason I continued to stay and will continue even in my new place (luckily my mom knows my new agent and he’s about as great as Jose!). I’ve never bragged on or been sad to leave my insurance people but you cannot go wrong here. Even the more corporate people you get for claims and stuff are wonderful, I’ll be with State Farm for a long long time and again much of that is because of the lovely people working with Jose."
